Warranty Policy

At TEVEMA, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our warranty policy is designed to offer peace of mind and protection against manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Coverage:

  • All TEVEMA air springs and reinforced rubber springs are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty applies to products used under normal operating conditions as specified in the product documentation.

2. What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Premature failure due to material fatigue under normal use.
  • Defects affecting the performance and functionality of the product.

3. What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse.
  • Wear and tear from normal use.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to harsh environmental conditions not specified in the product documentation.
  • Modifications or alterations made to the product by unauthorized personnel.

4. Claim Process:

  • To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with the following information:
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
    • Detailed description of the defect.
    • Photos or videos demonstrating the defect (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for the next steps, which may include returning the product for inspection.

5. Resolution:

  • If a product is found to be defective under warranty, TEVEMA will, at its discretion:
    • Repair the product.
    • Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal value.
    • Issue a credit or refund for the purchase price of the product.
  • The decision on the resolution method will be based on the nature of the defect and the product’s condition.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you need to return a product, please follow our return policy guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Products that have been installed or used.
  • Items without the original packaging or missing components.

3. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide the following information:
    • Order number or proof of purchase.
    • Reason for return.
    • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

4. Shipping Instructions:

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  • Include all original documentation and accessories.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

5. Refunds and Credits:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or credit within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the return is due to a TEVEMA error or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange a product for a different item, follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
