  • Materiaalsamenstelling:
    • Elastomeersamenstellingen: De F-serie dubbelconvolutie-luchtbalgen zijn verkrijgbaar in diverse elastomeersamenstellingen, geschikt voor uiteenlopende toepassingen:
      • Natuurrubber (NR/SBR): Uitstekende dynamische eigenschappen voor algemeen gebruik, inzetbaar bij temperaturen van -40°C tot +70°C.
      • Chloorbutyl (CIIR): Uitzonderlijke bestendigheid tegen zuren en hoge temperaturen, met een temperatuurbereik van -30°C tot +115°C.
      • Nitrilrubber (NBR): Zeer goede weerstand tegen oliën, brandstoffen en buitenomstandigheden, bruikbaar van -25°C tot +110°C.
      • Ethyleen-propyleen-dieen-monomeer (EPDM): Ideaal voor hoge temperatuurtoepassingen met uitstekende bestendigheid tegen ozon en verwering, toepasbaar van -20°C tot +115°C.
      • Chlooropreenrubber (CR): Combineert goede weersbestendigheid met een matige oliebestendigheid, inzetbaar bij temperaturen van -20°C tot +110°C.
  • Versterkingslagen: De luchtbalgen zijn versterkt met meerdere weefsellagen tussen de binnen- en buitenrubberlagen. Dit zorgt voor een hogere duurzaamheid en stelt de balg in staat om hogere drukken en belastingen te weerstaan.
  • Eindafsluitingen: De F-serie dubbelconvolutiebalgen zijn verkrijgbaar met kraalringafsluitingen voor directe montage op machines of met aanvullende montageplaten voor een op maat gemaakte installatie:
    • Type 1: Standaard kraalringontwerp voor algemene toepassingen.
    • Type 2: Versterkt afsluitontwerp voor toepassingen met hogere druk en belasting, voor een veilige en stabiele montage.
    • Type 3 en Type 4: Geavanceerde kraalringontwerpen voor specifieke high-performance toepassingen die superieure stabiliteit en belastingscapaciteit vereisen.
  • Metalen componenten: Standaard componenten worden vervaardigd uit elektrolytisch verzinkt staal en bieden goede corrosiebestendigheid. Voor omgevingen met agressieve chemicaliën of een hoog corrosiepotentieel zijn roestvaststalen varianten (AISI-304 of AISI-316L) beschikbaar.
