Series F Actuator Dampers (Firestone)

TEVEMA F Series air bellows are available in single, double, and triple convolution configurations, offering performance comparable to Firestone air bellows. Designed for specialized applications, TEVEMA air bellows incorporate standard metallic components with anti-corrosion protection. Additionally, they can be manufactured from stainless steel grades AISI 304 and AISI 316 upon request.

TEVEMA F Series rubber air bellows provide multiple design options. To determine the type of end closure for each bellow reference and its possible alternatives, please refer to the accompanying diagram. This diagram illustrates the available fixation types, categorized by bead plate and/or bead ring, as found in the general table for each model.

Good to know

  • For a specific reference of an F Series pneumatic bellow, various designs of the metallic end closures are available, including crimped, bead ring, and dismountable designs.

  • In configurations with crimped bead plates, the air connection, fastening threads, and steel quality may vary.

  • For designs incorporating bead rings:

    • The type of bead ring and material quality can differ, with options including galvanized steel and stainless steels such as AISI 304 and, upon request, AISI 316.
    • The bolt circle diameter of bead rings, as specified in the data chart and technical sheets, refers to socket head and countersunk bead rings.
    • Threaded bead rings may have different bolt circle diameters compared to other designs.
