  • Elastomeric Compounds: These air bellows are available in different compounds tailored for specific applications:
  • Natural Rubber (NR/SBR): Ideal for general-purpose use with excellent dynamic properties, operational within a temperature range of -40°C to +70°C.
  • Chlorobutyl (CIIR): Provides exceptional resistance to chemicals and high temperatures, operational from -30°C to +115°C.
  • Nitrile Rubber (NBR): Excellent for environments with oils, fuels, and outdoor exposure, functioning between -25°C and +110°C.
  • Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM): Suitable for high-temperature environments with excellent resistance to ozone and weathering, functional from -20°C to +115°C.
  • Chloroprene Rubber (CR): Balances weather resistance with moderate oil resistance, operational from -20°C to +110°C.
  • Reinforcement Layers: The D Series Air Bellows are reinforced with multiple fabric plies between the rubber layers, providing enhanced durability and enabling the bellows to withstand higher pressures and loads.
  • End Closures: The D Series Triple Convolution bellows feature various end closure options for versatile installation:
  • Type 1: Standard bead ring design for general applications.
  • Type 2: Enhanced closure for higher pressure and load requirements, ensuring secure and stable mounting.
  • Type 3 and Type 4: Advanced designs for high-performance applications requiring superior stability and load handling.
  • Metallic Components: Standard components are made from electro-galvanized steel for corrosion resistance. Stainless steel options (AISI-304 or AISI-316L) are available for environments with high corrosion potential or exposure to aggressive chemicals.
