TEVEMA offers D Series air bellows in single, double, and triple convolution configurations, matching the equivalents of Dunlop/Springride air bellows. Bead rings and bead plates are removable from the bellows. A key advantage is the ability to manufacture these air bellows with specialized elastomer and steel grades. For specialized applications, although standard metal parts include anti-corrosion protection, bead plates and rings can be made from stainless steel, commonly AISI-304. The rubber compounds we provide (refer to the characteristics of Chloroprene, Butyl, EPDM, Nitrile, etc.) allow the rubber actuator to adapt perfectly to the application’s environment.
Good to know
Rubber bellows and bead rings are available separately.
Angular capability: Up to 25% angular movement is achievable.
To understand the types of end closures used for each bellows reference, the following image illustrates the fixation methods listed in the general D Series table for each model.
